American Gallery Haydee Santamaria
This institution, part of La Casa de las Américas
has managed to reunite, by donations, an interesting Latin
American art collection of more than 6000 pieces of sculpture,
painting, engravings, photographs and popular art. Each
exhibition lasts a year, and it alternates with exhibitions
of the Joven Estampa prize. The gallery also organizes
concerts, plays and dance, as also encounters with artists.
