Postal
Museum of Cuba
This interesting museum specializes in philately (postal
stamps, seals and related elements) and the history of
the postal service. Among their displays can be found
old elements of writing, or unique documents, as the book
of accounts written by the first Director of the island
Post office in 1765. The stamp collectors are usually
excited with the vision of which is considered the first
stamp, the famous one-penny black, that circulated in
England in 1840.
