Provincial
Museum of Pinar del Rio History
This museum shows aspects of the foundation of the province
and provides abundant information, as much of the archaeological
discoveries done in the indigenous establishments as of
the main events in recent history. Among their collections
are historical objects, specially 19th century furniture
and crystals, as well as weapons used in the independence
wars, paintings from artists of the province, and many
of the properties and scores of the musicians Miguelito
Cuni and of the cha-cha-cha inventor Enrique Jorrin.
